Energy efficiency at the heart of the project
With energy efficiency at the heart of the project, it is Minergie Rated and keeps energy consumption low in a world of increasing prices. Each villa contains an air source heat pump, underfloor heating and triple glazed glass windows designed to catch and retain the heat whilst maintaining a comfortable temperature inside. 10 solar panels create electricity and a further 2 thermic panels help to heat the water. A layer of thick insulation wraps up each villa for increased thermal efficiency.
3 configurations of villa are available and include 4 or 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry/technical room, covered double parking , balcony, terrace and garden areas. Prior to purchase, various finishings can be changed to individual taste along with elctronic additions.
