Energy efficiency at the heart of the project

With energy efficiency at the heart of the project, it is Minergie Rated and keeps energy consumption low in a world of increasing prices. Each villa contains an air source heat pump, underfloor heating and triple glazed glass windows designed to catch and retain the heat whilst maintaining a comfortable temperature inside. 10 solar panels create electricity and a further 2 thermic panels help to heat the water. A layer of thick insulation wraps up each villa for increased thermal efficiency.
